Office Manager
Overview
Swansfield Park Primary School is a warm, welcoming and inclusive school at the heart of its community. We are proud of our dedicated staff team, our strong relationships with families, and most importantly, our children - who are at the centre of everything we do.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, organised and highly professional Office Manager to play a key role in the life of the school.
You will lead the day-to-day operation of the school office, ensuring that administrative systems are efficient, responsive and support the smooth running of the school.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys working with people and children
- Has a strong customer focus and takes pride in delivering an excellent service
- Is highly organised, efficient and able to manage competing demands
- Has strong communication skills and can build positive relationships with both adults and children
- Is confident using ICT systems and able to manage administrative processes effectively
- Is flexible and willing to support the wider needs of the school
Experience of working in a school environment is advantageous, but more important is your ability to operate in a busy, people-focused environment and your commitment to supporting children and families.
